Partnered with Aveanna Healthcare to become the market leader for in-home healthcare and caregiver technology. In-depth research with caregivers, clinical care managers and office scheduling professionals coupled with the utilization of rapid prototyping, testing, and interactive sprints would yield a quality and user-friendly application product.

PROJECT A:

Streamline a way for caregivers to clock in and clock out on their mobile devices.

RESULT A:

 Allows caregivers to clock in and get started caring for the patient on average 15 minutes earlier

 Allows caregivers to clock out and submit reports more efficiently and timely

 Equates to faster service, more accurate bookkeeping and a significant increase in billable hours for the entire company

PROJECT B:

Revolutionize a way for caregivers to manage their schedule from their mobile devices.

RESULT B:

 Allows caregivers to view, apply, and orient to shifts without needing to call their office

 Allows caregivers to communicate directly to other caregivers as well as office admins through their mobile device

 All equates to an overall increase of filled billable shifts and more of a community feeling for the entire company

Develop a comprehensive system for schedulers to fill shifts and communicate one on one with caregivers regarding the territories they serve.

RESULT C:

 Allows the office scheduling professionals to view, award, and orient caregivers to shifts more efficiently

 Allows the office scheduling professionals to communicate directly to other caregivers through their mobile devices

 An overall increase in billable shifts and a more community-oriented feeling for company employees

These new initiatives have helped Aveanna Healthcare exceed its goal of becoming the market leader for in-home healthcare and caregiver technology. Since our partnership, Aveanna’s market share has increased dramatically, evident by the following:

 250,000+ caregivers are due to register on the caregiver app and 3,000+ office scheduling professionals will register as users before 2020

 Aveanna will decrease their unfilled shifts by 5% resulting in a $17 million increase in annual revenue
